Our residents have the convenience and ease of quality care provided right here within our facility.
Primary Physicians:
The following doctors provide care to our residents by visiting the facility on a monthly basis and are readily available to our nursing team at all hours:

Dr. Steven Bascom, of Guthrie Family Medical Center of Guthrie Center, IA
Residents are not required to choose from our in-house providers, but will be responsible for cost of transport to any other doctor of their choice.
Bluestone Therapy Group: (Serves Thomas Rest Haven skilled and long term residents, as well as out-patient therapy provided to Park View Assisted Living and the Coon Rapids community.
